My wax looks good, but it took a very long time to what I'm used to. I was in the appointment for 40 minutes and am now in a lot of pain because it took so long, rather than quickly waxing it off in big chunks, it was done in small chunks and over the same areas again and again, meaning the pain was unnecessarily prolonged and I'm still in pain 2 days after with extreme redness. The pro's are that it was a very nice atmosphere however, and the lady although we struggled because of a language barrier, was extremely accomodating and lovely to talk to.

Service was excellent and my beautician really took the time to complete the wax, unlike other places where therapists are really rushed. Such value for money!
