The short girl kept talking and distracting all other staff. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. Though, my hairdresser could not really speak English, she was sweet.

I got a Brazilian wax at this salon. The girl didn't speak English very well. Cleanliness is terrible. I wanted sanitary wipes but they didn't have it. There was wax ALL OVER THE BED. They just laid some tissues where the vaginal area was and I had to request to have tissue laid over everywhere that my body touched. It was hard getting on the super high bed without touching the wax and old towels laid over the bed. The wax was a weird colour and the worst part was - THEY DOUBLE DIPPED!!!!!! Imagine the millions of people who have gotten a wax that has their vaginal bacteria and fungus in that hot pot of wax that's repetitively spread on your vagina. I could have a STD now who knows. Overall terrible experience. They spread some unknown product after and I don't even know if it's clean or still within expiry date. Never going back again. I went home crying.

The wax was good and the lady who did it made me feel very comfortable , I am 5 months pregnant so a bit more sensitive than usual and she took extra time to make sure the treatment was as painless as possible . Had a Brazilian - very well done and very good value
