I booked in for 2pm. Arrived around five minutes before and was happy to wait. At around 2:20 the staff member who seated me admitted she'd forgotten to inform the necessary staff member that I'd arrived. There were 5 members of staff - 2 on their phone, 2 in the back room and one cutting hair. I waited another twenty minutes before finally getting round to having my eyebrows threaded. I was offered a coffee which never arrived and after I got home I had to pluck some stray hairs anyway. Felt like they couldn't care less that I was waiting so long.
