Horrible, avoid! Got a mani pedi and it was the worst and most painful one I’ve ever had. To start, the woman wasn’t going to cut my nails until I asked her to. She then cut them at weird angles, so it looked like my finger and toenails were deformed. She cut my dry skin and cuticles around the nails so much I was bleeding from my fingers and toes. That made the polishing part incredibly painful. Every stroke made the area around my nails burn in pain, and she then took a sharp pointed wooden stick to scrape off the excess polish there. Ouch! To top it off, my nails starting chipping later that day! I used one of the three OPI polish they had, not sure it was really OPI. I’m shocked at all the positive reviews they have for mani pedis. Maybe I got the wrong person. But my advice is to never get your nails there! Super painful and awful service.
