My waxer barely spoke to me, which is ok but I’d prefer to know if I say something she knows what I’m saying rather than just nodding and smiling (not sure how good her English was) . This is a shame because I’d like to have someone I go to on the regular and the only way you get that is by building a relationship with your beauty therapist, this will never happen if you can’t communicate. The wax itself was fairly painless, although I’m concerned that the hairs have been broken rather than ripped out (time will tell!) and the spa is fine - it could definitely do with a facelift but it did feel quite clean. The hairdressers upstairs looks lovely, the spa downstairs is an afterthought (quite often the case) but overall I would recommend it if you’re in the area and you need to try a new place.
