This is one of the worst waxes I have ever had. I was the last client of the day and I felt as a result that the treatment was rushed. Stephanie was friendly enough but lacked skill. The wax was painful and the result was really poor. She insisted it seemed as though I had shaved even though I told her I had not, and commented on how short the hairs were, although I had 4 weeks' growth and have never had other therapists struggle with that. she used a mixture of strip and hot wax even though I was clear that I only wanted hot wax, and was paying for a hot wax. I don't think she knew how to do the hot wax, as she kept being unable to pull it off, which meant the wax was unnecessarily painful. She broke a lot of the haurs and also gave me a wonky strip. my skin was red and sore afterwards and I now have skin peeling off down there. I'm sorry to say this was a really terrible wax and I would not recommend it to anyone.
