I had to go twice, because on my original appointment date, which was a Saturday, the entire salon stank of chemical fumes (you could literally see the mist from the chemicals in the air) from blow waves that customers were getting. I literally only spent a minute at the reception area and my throat was clogging up and it took a couple of hours to fully recover from this. I am shocked if this complies with health and safety regulations! The receptionist was very understanding though and agreed to let me re-schedule my appointment. I went back on a weekday and it was fine, my hairdresser was great and I was pleased with my haircut.
