The Brazilian blow dry is incorrectly labelled. It is actually a Keratin treatment offered which is cheaper anyway. Staff were friendly enough. I did not have the treatment with the person I booked it with.

I really liked my wax, I just wish she cleaned the wax off a little more and just went over some parts as when I got home I realised some hair was still left that could have been taken off

Generally an OK experience. Appointment was at 10:30, but haircut did not actually start until 11:00. Not much attention given while waiting - no offer of beverage. Tea/Coffee was offered once haircut started. Salon was clean and well lit. Not entirely sure on value. Treatwell said RRP of cut/wash/style was $47. I saw a price list on arrival which said £25.
