I’ve been a couple of times. It can be hit and miss. Some staff come across as cold and talk to each other constantly in Portuguese around you. One of the hairdressers was lovely and attentive though although she didn’t speak much English. Not as relaxing/inviting as other salons.
I went there for mani-pedi. There was not much choice of nail polish colours to choose from. Also, most of nail polish were not high-quality. (My manicure started chipping on day 2). I was taken by surprise that a clear base coat was not applied for pedicure. I asked the beautician to apply a base coat for manicure, something that seemed confusing for her. For pedicure the beautician used a simple plastic basin (rather than the bubbling bathtup) with cold water. There was not feet buffing; however she did use scrub. Lastly, the mani-pedi took quite longer than it should have. Although it was very cheap, I would not say it was value for money.
