You get what you pay for with this no thrills and efficient wax. No music or small talk. The therapist did double dip the spatula which is concerning for hygiene but otherwise good.

Horrified by my visit. I have been here before and although not super clean, it was horrendous when I visited during the week. I had to wait 35 minutes while staff around me chatted and washed their own hair at the sink. Finally called to treatment by lady who didn’t smile once. Had to walk across salon floor which was literally covered in hair and rubbish (Had to actually stand on hair to get through) - not sure why it wasn’t cleaned instead of staff talking and washing their own hair. Downstairs to treatment room - bathroom was filthy, toilet was filthy, treatment room floors were filthy. Had many hairs left on both Brazilian and eyebrow wax; couldn’t see at time due to poor lighting but not a good job at all. Shouldn’t have stayed for treatment but couldn’t get in anywhere else so close to Christmas. I honestly believe if health or compliance auditors came that night they would have been shut down. Just appalling - will not visit ever again.
