The girl who cut my hair was really lovely but after showing photos of what I wanted, the end result was very feathered and textured which was exactly the opposite from the full layers I had wanted.

The visit was lovely, the staff was nice, but I felt like they didn't really listen to what I wanted. I ended up going elsewhere the next day to get my highlights toned.
