As a repeat customer we are very pleased with Fiona and won't use any other stylist. Fiona is very good at putting the client at ease and will advise as appropriate to try to deliver the best cut and styling as they ask for. On this particular visit, a specific style was requested and then adapted to suit the young lady. Unfortunately it didn't turn out quite as expected. That isn't Fiona's fault; it was poorly communicated. We will continue to use Fiona as she is so good.

So friendly and always asks how you feel even before you start plus every time I go it always feels like its the first time. My biggest regret is why I wasted my time before and never coming here first, I've been a client now for a good few years and never looked back.
