It was my first time having this particular laser hair removal as in the past I have had unbearable pain in the bikini area! I was a bit reluctant but when it came to that time, it was 70% id say less pain! I was very happy and Lindsey made sure I was okay and reassured me. I expected it to hurt around that area like it did previously but it was bearable, snapped a bit in some places but overall great! It was quick too otherplaces of the body didn't hurt or pain at all. I would recommend this!

I attended my appointment at the Bradford clinic within Tesco supercuts for the first time a couple of days ago. I had attended multiple laser sessions at the Newcastle clinic before that, so I have enough experience to say that Lindsey was friendly and made sure I was confortable, kept double checking whether I am cold and happy with the treatment. I had the opportunity to point out my preferences duing the treatment and didn't feel I had to chat constantly. Happy with customer service.
