Was disappointed that the staffs was not using masks, masks were hanging down from one ear, I found it extremely difficult to ask them to wear fearing that will come across as rude.They were talking out loud and laughing onto me and I didn’t feel safe.I have used their service precovid and they were good.

It’s probably the worst cut I have ever had. Need to rebook somewhere to fix it. Very poor service and manners.
