Jane was great and understood what I wanted, however I still had dye on my scalp/head when I came away. Masks were not worn all of the time (often hanging from ears or down on the chin) and there was a lot of changing seats and sitting very close to other clients. At the end of treatment I had a question about the price (I was happy to pay. I just wanted to clarify) and the manager came over saying that I had picked the wrong thing on the app - it made me feel accused and very uncomfortable
