I visited on a Saturday and was running a bit late for my appintment, but the staff were very understanding despite their being very busy.
There was a nice atmosphere in salon, and I was asked if I wanted any refreshment as soon as I sat down. Friendly and helpful staff - will definitely be visiting again.
