I booked in a 45 minute appointment, she blitzed through a cut and blow dry in 20mins and it was completely uneven. My tip later on one side is an inch longer than the other and the layers look like they are block cut. Overall very unhappy with the lack of attention played to my hair and best way to cut it and just rushed it to get the appointment over with.
