Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Paid for Sasha but only received the cut from her, someone else put the colour on and blow waved it, she suggested last time I had a colour she would comb through the colour so I mentioned it to the lady who put the colour on was told yes it will be done in last 10 mins, they forgot I had to mention it again so was done hastily and left on for 5 mins, also the colour hasn’t covered all my grey. No heat protection was put on, wasn’t asked which way my parting was also how I wanted it blow waved

Jane was lovely,did a great job with my hair, she easily got what I wanted and finished off blow drying beautiful curls.

Everything was fine until I found out the front of my hair was kinda straight.
Sasha, You probably should of left the perm rods a bit longer 🥺
