I understand the problems everyone is facing, I felt unexpected expenses occurred without my knowledge , when I asked for half a head of colour, I was informed by sacha, it would be £55 which I get everything done, she did ask me , however, what I was charged here before? Then unexpected charge of £2 on top of my normal price, she said it’s for PPe they used, I felt intimidated I had no idea I felt like her clawing back for lost revenue was showing, not a good customer experience .
