Bows and Brushes is an amazing salon that caters for all. My entire family, ranging from my 7 year old son, my daughters aged 10 and 13, my husband and I ALL have been using the salon since it opened. Jayne goes out of her way to make us all feel welcome and will move mountains when she has to in order to get our hair cuts in sometimes! She is a perfectionist and that's what I love about her. Jayne wants us all to leave the salon feeling special and she always achieves the desired results ! All my life i have been to salons where i explained what I wanted , then the next day would go to another salon to have it re-cut! This would never happen at Bows and Brushes because Jayne is so approachable and attentive, and truly listens to what the customer wants! Not only is Jayne an amazing stylist, but her colouring skills are in a league of their own! I have tried several different looks and each time I'm asked where I get my hair coloured/cut! Most importantly for me, I love how Bows and Brushes and all it's wonderful staff treat my children when I'm there. There have been times when I've had to go with my 3 kids to get my hair cut, and I've never ever been made to feel they are in the way, which leaves me feeling stress free! I would recommend Bows and Brushes to everyone and indeed so many of my friends now have their hair cut/coloured at Bows and Brushes because it is such a top quality, classy, friendly salon! Jayne is a really talented hairdresser, with a real interest in each client being happy with their cut and colour not only when they leave the salon, but all the time! She takes time to understand you, and what you want and will offer her expertise and opinion every time. Jayne's incredible with colour nuances, and really takes the time to do a great cut and style, too. It's taken a long time to find a hairdresser that I come back to every time, but this is it!
My hair has never been in such good condition! I get compliments all the time and it's because of the advise my hairdresser gives to me as well as a perfect colour and hairstyle! My hair is now my best feature and has helped my confidence! Thankyou Jayne!!! I always feel relaxed and love my pamper time. I'm so lucky to have found such a lovely friendly and clever hairdresser.
Jayne always spends time at the beginning of the appointment checking that you are happy with cut / colour and condition. She makes suggestions without being pushy - to ensure you don't walk out the door with the same old look. You never feel rushed - she takes the time because she cares about what she does.
Through a variety of colour choices, blonde to red to chocolate brown, bows and brushes have always delivered professional consultation and great colour choice. Always a friendly and welcoming environment.
Every visit leaves me feeling pampered and happy with my updated style.
