I've been to Bouton de Rose a few times before for waxing - this was my first time with Carmen and she was great - really friendly and with lots of attention to detail. I was the last customer of the day and she took her time over the wax so not many hairs broke and I usually get ingrown hairs a few days after but I haven't really this time, so really pleased!
