I had a gel nail soak off treatment, which was good and my technician was nice. I did experience minor abrasions to the nail bed after the treatment - it isn’t painful so not an major issue, though I think could potentially be prevented by a longer soak off period or using a machine to remove the gel nail polish rather than manually scraping it off, and result in having healthier nails.
