Although Carmen was lovely, the quality of the waxing was awful. She left no time for me to undress, the wax was too hot, she left no 'lip' on the wax from which to peel (so had to keep scratching at the edges to get traction, leaving small blood spots), and was trying to change my hot wax session to strips. Then when I was re-dressing, I noticed that there was a lot of wax still left behind, and a lot of hair as well. She came back for a second attempt, which still left hair and wax behind.
