Despite me arriving in a mask, my hairdresser did not wear a mask or any facial covering at all. I have thick hair which I clearly stated I wanted to remain very thick but it has been thinned, layered and chopped into so much my hair now feels very very thin and I struggle to create volume. My hair was styled with a very slight wave however when straightening at home, there are steps in my hair of complete different lengths and it is honestly the worst haircut I have ever had in my life.
