I had about 1.5 month worth of root growth that needed touching up to a silver blonde colour. Adina suggested bleaching twice, which I was okay with because my natural hair is very dark. But what I was extremely upset about was that, throughout the bleaching process, she did not mention how much breakage was happening with my hair, and did not tell me that my scalp was bleeding, which I only found out when I got home. Now I have scabbing all over my scalp and probably lost 1/4th of my hair.

The mani and pedi were both done I’m with great attention to detail so I don’t have to worry at all about early peeling or chipping which is so nice! Definitely the highest quality one I have gotten in London. The tech was also very nice and there was a good balance of conversation and silence so nothing felt forced or awkward. The manicure station has a nice view onto the wharf as well, which is nice just for people watching and zoning out during the mani.
Only note is that, while getting my mani in the back room, I could definitely hear a lot of (happy) shouting in the front room which took away from the ambiance a bit- they also play reggae music so it definitely wasn’t a ‘spa’ experience but I have no issue with that so I don’t need dock a star or anything. However, if you are looking for a very quiet and tranquil experience this may not be the best ambience for you!
