First time here and booked a last minute hot wax appointment at good value. The treatment started 15mins late but the therapist was meticulous and considerate. A lot of 're-waxing' is done though, which is rather unusual compared to a lot of other waxes I have done. Nevertheless, the result was good.

Well organised - phoned me to change to slightly later time as they were running a bit late- better than just been made to wait in reception. Lovely rooms, gorgeous towels for sure! Therapist was very intuitive - whilst enquiring if pressure was ok. Lovely friendly therapist. Thank you. (I do wish you'd group a mini facial with the massage.)
