I've been called 1h before my appointment and I've been told that they were fully booked and couldn't see me!!!! The person offered to change my appointment by 4:30, but as I was going outside London, that was impossible for me!! I am really disappointed and, surely, that venue will NEVER see me!!! Professionality= ZERO!!!!!
