The location is very nice and convenient for me as I work in Canary Wharf, and the venue is anyway hardly 2-3 minutes walk from Canary Wharf Tube Station, South Quay DLR or Heron Quay DLR. The Carita facial was very nice and relaxing. The lady who carried out my treatment was also very nice. The only thing I felt could be better was that the lady at reception could be more friendly/welcoming.

I had a Carita Renovateur Facial with Danielle who was very friendly and professional. The facial was very relaxing with a lot of massage, the Renovateur scrub smelled strange but seemed to have a good effect on my skin - felt smooth, hydrated and break outs were much less inflamed. The beauty salon is very clean and pleasant. It so happened that there were some drilling close to my treatment room but they were apologetic and offered me a free mini treatment. I would definitely like to return for facials.
