Great for a cut in the afternoon of you are working in Canary Wharf! Although I feel it was a bit rushed.
Overall it was a good experience. The only issue was that I had booked online and apparently the time I had booked didn't give me enough time to actually get my hair done as they closed at 7pm and I'd booked in for 5:30pm. They called and asked me to come in for 5 which was frustrating as I have work until then but I was able to sneak away slightly early and make the appointment. Other than the system/Wahanda not letting me know that before hand, the actual treatment itself was great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. My hair looked so lovely afterwards and I felt better having gone. I'd definitely go back.

Very relaxing facial and refereshing experience. Ambience was also very good.Staff are very professional and attention to detail.Will go back again.
I went for a full arm wax which was well done as always. Friendly staff and efficient service, will visit again.
The hairdresser cut my hair too short and of an unflattering shape. Additionally there is a patch on the right which she did not layer like the rest so now I have a thick patch of hair. I could tell at the time I didn't like the haircut as much as what I already had but it wasn't until I went home did I realise how much I didn't like it. The venue was clean and tidy though.
