The hairdresser was really nice. She also makes a good cup of tea! She really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at all times. I'm from Canada and in North America we tend to have much better customer service than here (I think it's because we are a tipping culture). It was nice to have that level of customer service again. The hair cut was also well done.

Great service and great ambiance. Location is so convenient. Iraida is brilliant, luxury lasting mani & pedi were amazing...So relaxed. Definitely going back !

Been waxing for over 3 years now and this was one of the best- am in the process of booking second visit. Place was and staff were excellent. My appointment time had unfortunately been double booked under a Treatwell / direct booking clash scenario but was given a cup of tea whilst I waited and staff couldn't apologise enough.

My second experience with Bouton de Rose was similarly very good. I find all of the staff very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and tidy and the location is ideal for Canary Wharf. My only one qualm about this visit was the fact that i got double booked at my requested time-slot and I had to move it to a later time. That being said BdR were very flexible and fit me in the same day.
