I had a good experience when I was there. Only after leaving I realised that my upper lips have injuries and scar marks post waxing. Hence the bad star.

I used to get my eyelash extensions done there all the time but the therapist changed and the quality went down considerably. I spent a lot of money on them and they never lasted me past the week. In the end I had to leave an go elsewhere. Salon has really gone downhill - I wouldn't recommend.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hairdresser – Completely ruined my hair.
I hate to write a bad review, but I really feel I ought to warn people about the terrible experience I has at this salon.
I booked in to have my roots faded in, in the ombre style. The hairdresser has completely ruined my hair, and I've had to have two corrective treatments at a different salon.
Instead of dying my roots darker and blending them in naturally, she dyed them a bright orange/ginger colour. The only thing I can compare it to is when I used a box dye as a teenager and it went wrong – but this was worse.
I was also left with large, orange brown patch marks all along my hair line where she had sloppily put it on.
I'm a journalist at a national paper, and when I returned to the office I consulted with the beauty journalists at work. They were horrified by my hair and agreed that under no circumstances should I return to the salon.
I was also was not given a patch-test and was left with a sore, itchy scalp.
When I rang up to complain, the manager was extremely rude to me. I have honestly never experienced customer service like that in my life.
The manager refused to refund the £92 they had charged but said I could go in to have it done again. After the terrible mess they had made of my hair and the astonishingly rude way I was spoken to by the manager, there was no way I was going to let them ruin my hair further.
I went to a different hairdresser, recommended by the beauty journalists at work, and they had to spend 5 hours fixing the colour. The hairdresser said it was a terrible job, and she had to dye my hair twice as the weird orange colour kept coming through.
Also, on Treatwell it said it would take 1hr 30 mins but it actually took 2 hours 20 minutes, and I was late for work.

Booked my hubby in for a back, shoulder and neck message, male pedicure and carita facial for his birthday. He loved the entire experience, very thorough and attentive. Particularly the carita facial. Will definetely return again.
