Staff were rude and unprofessional. Was told I had not booked or paid for a "proper" blow dry, this was the only option on treatwell so clearly they dont treat treatwell customers hair as "proper" customers. The treatment actually made my hair look and feel dry and was a complete waste of money.
Was very, very annoyed and disappointed with the whole experience. I most definitely would not recommend or go back

The salon is beautiful and great location if you work/ live in Canary Wharf.
The gels nails were ok - I expected more. Some of the gel ended up on my cuticles and has meant an uneven finish at the base of the nail. Also on my thumbs, the manicurist missed some spots with the top coat so my parts of my thumb nails are not shiny and clearly missing the top coat in some spots.
