Carmela is professional and a very nice person, makes you feel comfortable. The brazilian waxing was the best as I didn't feel any pain at all!

They have changed my appointment 3 times before the appointment expecting me to just show up the day before the appointment. I wanted a colour that didn’t give red reflections... MY WHOLE HEAD IS RED!
