This is a great salon in Canary Wharf. It's very nice and clean place. Had very good treatment and relaxing evening after work.

This was a disappointing facial - I was told at the beginning that a deep cleansing machine of some sort would be used, but it never was. The majority of the session was spent applying a bad smelling exfoliator, which then took about 20 mins to remove. There was no music in the room; when I asked for music (to drown out the sound of the people talking loudly in the main salon and the noise of the beautician sniffing in my ear) she left the room and spent 5 mins trying to put the music on but failing. I did get a nice foot and hand massage, but the facial treatment was disappointing overall. Which was a shame as I'd had a very good experience at this salon a couple of weeks earlier (with a different beautician).

Overall and average result for my eyebrow threading, as the shape was not really neat and the hair was not pulled out properly most of the time.
The Pedicure was a real disappointment. For a luxury pedicure I was expecting a deep callus removal or at least a Credo treatment, not simply a filing of the feet.
