One thing that stands out about Bouton De Rose is its location and premises. It is always clean, spacious and bright. Compared to many of the other generally cheaper ones I have visited , the treatment rooms at Bouton are airy, fresh and and larger than the usual closets you get with some. They are busy for a reason and due to this my treatment was delayed by 20mins. I did not mind as I was in no hurry, however I did not enjoy busting a gut to get there on time. I was surprised at the level of personal care provided with my treatment by "Kat." The advice she gave afterwards was valuable and not expected as part of the service. I definitely look forward to going back again.

The staff has been changed and the way is different from the previous person.
The details are rough like remained hair at side and also the after care of lotion and oil are self service.
My hairs remained just a few so it took 15min in total.
I was late at 20min and could not call at the time, I feel sorry about that but the rough treatment should not be allowed as a result.
If that is the normal treatment there, I am surprised with this "self service" care.
