The staff has been changed and the way is different from the previous person. The details are rough like remained hair at side and also the after care of lotion and oil are self service. My hairs remained just a few so it took 15min in total. I was late at 20min and could not call at the time, I feel sorry about that but the rough treatment should not be allowed as a result. If that is the normal treatment there, I am surprised with this "self service" care.

was advised to not have all over tint as pregnant, but thick slices of colour to hide the grey and was a fab job - matched my hair and is glossy and shiny - just what I wanted! thank you

Really nice little salon in Canary Wharf. It's right by the water, and it was a beautiful day so they kept the doors and windows open, and a calming breeze was blowing in which made for such a nice experience. The pedi was standard and is lasting, so no complaints from me! Will go back if I'm in the neighbourhood again.
