Absolutely terrible experience. Most important, went with my sister for a treat to get nails done for a very big night! The Manicure for two ladies > Both Manicures started chipping off already 3 hours later. > Called in and asked for a refund >> Said that was impossible and we should come by again. Though due to a very busy schedule that was 1. no more time to return before the event anymore 2. sister lives abroad and 3. I wouldn't ever want to go back due to the old and unhygienic uncaring products, tools and service provided. Staff: Mega uncommunicative, and unfriendly, doesn't help some barely speak English and location is difficult to find. Safe yourself the money on a good mani.
