Upon arriving the therapist didn't greet me with a smile or hello she just told me sit and then showed me the room five minutes later. The wax was quick and efficient though there were A few hairs left annoyingly. And upon leaving, the receptionist just sat on her phone and didn't even look up as I had already paid through treatwell so there wasn't even so much as a bye. It's a convenient location if you live/work in Canary Wharf and it's a pretty salon that's clean - it's just a shame their customer service seriously lets then down.

Friendly staff, good value with the treatwell discount. More of a no frills experience than you might get with other hairdressers in Canary Wharf. A good cut.
