My visit was good because they could accommodate me wanting a gel manicure when I had only booked a normal polish manicure. This cost me extra money but that was fine. The place is in a quirky place but close to where I live so very convenient. The salon is clean & tidy and the staff friendly. To get a five star they would need to spend a bit of money on the place. Also, the quality of their nail polish is not as good as other salons I have been to - quite thin and easily chipped.
