I booked a facial on treatwell that was 1 hour 15mins in duration. The therapist finished after 50 minutes. When I pointed this out she realised that she had given me the wrong facial and called me back later in the week to have the treatment again and said it would be complimentary. When I arrived the manager refused this and accused me of being dishonest and made no effort to rectify the situation. I still haven't received the treatment I paid for. Poor customer service and very poor management. I have made a complaint about this salon.
