Hair good, staff good, but the price was too high - i booked a half head highlights for 75 pounds but AFTER when my hair was done it turned out that I have to pay an extra 50 pounds - 20 for toner and 30 for blowdry! I wasn't told that I have to pay for the blowdry and I assumed it was included in the price. I think a professional highlight needs to include toner so the offer should have said 95 and not 75 and in that case I might have gone somewhere else, because 130 quid for a half head is not a good price at all. :( Then again, the staff was very nice, I like my hair too (although i will see it after I washed it) but really this was very expensive. The shop manager did give me a 5 pounds discount, so that was nice, but still... I think before blowdry and toner they should notify me about the price, so be careful. Otherwise this was my first time using treatwell so I will be more careful next time. I also looked at the print price list (before the blowdry) and didn't see a separate price for blowdry so I think I rightly assumed that this was included in the price. It's a shame that I can't write a better review as I was very happy with Adine (or Adeline) and Kat so I wish I could write more. Those girls are great, thanks for the day.
