That was the worst experience of shape and polish in my life. I think the lady that was doing the treatment is also a cleaner (?) or receptionist (?)... No idea how to put gel on nails - I could have done it better myself and I am not good at it. When I asked her - if it's the first time she is doing it - she said: not first but I DON'T do it often..I mean how can you not do often manicure if you are working as a manicure specialist in a salon? I would like top get my money back - it was complete waste of my time and I did ask her to remove the gel from my nails as it looked disgusting.

The lady doing my manicure was very good and did a great job.
However, I was in a rush to get back to work so did not have time to sit and wait for my nails to fully dry. I intended to leave carefully and not touch anything for a good ten mins. The unhoughtful receptionist did not have the foresight to open the door for me, as she was too busy playing on her phone. As a result, my manicure was ruined there and then whilst trying to open to handle.
Very poor and inattentive service!!!!!! Would not come back again.
