Haircut was ok but was not good value for money.
The blow dry was more like a 5 minute dry and the whole washing, haircut and blow dry lasted around 25 minutes instead of an hour.
If you can avoid washing your hair there, do. The water was cold and I wasn't asked if it was ok. It was over very quickly and the whole experience felt rushed considering having paid £36.
Note: if you have curly hair and want a proper blow dry with a diffuser don't bother going. This place doesn't have one. Last time I was there back in January the same excuse was given: the diffuser is at the owner's house.
