Quick, convenient and professional. However I have had much less painful waxes. The area was still pink and sore later in the evening and I had gone during my lunch break. I've also had waxes that have been more efficient and have made sure all the unwanted hairs have been waxed, so for the price it was ok simply for convenience sake. Staff however were friendly and professional.

Staff was unfriendly. Even gave me an eyes roll.. eyebrow threading was not even done as a specialist was away. So why you did not call me?
