Nice place, and the girl cutting my hair was lovely, but she’s not done a very good cut. Looks uneven and doesn’t part the way it usually does.

This salon has on two occasions changed my appointment to different dates, times and also hairdressers. Treatwell is still listing a hairstylist as working at this salon and gives you the option of booking her even though the hairstylist does not work there anymore. All of this was done without my consent on two occasions. This is had been a waste of my time. To all potential customers to this salon. Please ensure you call the salon to make the appointment instead of booking it through this website to save disappointment.

I arrived for my appointment and lady at front desk was having personal conversation with a friend. They were doing treatments for themselves. My appointment started 10 mins late. My therapist was apologetic but it seemed as though she wasn’t getting much support from colleagues. Couldn’t have my underarm wax as hair too short but I was still billed. Disappointing given my short appointment. Wax was spilled on my dress. Again therapist apologetic but not the kind of service I expected at these prices. Will be going elsewhere.
