Good thorough wax, last minute change in therapist but was still great. As was a hot day had to use talcum powder to set the wax - was quite messy to clear up but other than that - great!

Unfortunately it was really painful. She was unable to get the wax off, went over the same places multiple times, and resorted to strip waxes (I paid for hot) when she was struggling.
