First of all I was double booked and my booking was changed on the day.
I was 3 minutes late due to maintenance work going on in the area which meant I couldn't access the front of the salon easily. When I arrived they said I wouldn't have time for the whole treatment because of this. The treatment was then highly rushed and there are still patches of hair on my legs...
I have had my legs waxed for years and am aware of the proper procedure, this was not what I received.
Overall pretty disappointed and it's a shame I wasted my money

Very good waxing and customer servicd. I got lost on the way so was late. Henrietta was very nice about it and accomodated my treatment. Waxing was as painless as it could be. There is no double dipping which is amazing and bonus points for hygiene. Venue is very clean and well maintained. Henrietta was very polite and helpful throughout. Based on treatment and customer service, i Will definitely recommend to a friend. Price is higher than I usually pay however.

Always pleased with adina. I struggled finding someone that could trim my Fringe the correct length and style and I'm really happy with the result. It's very convenient for me because the salon is very close to my workplace so I can pop in before getting to work or during my lunch break. Highly recommended
