Lovely staff, treatment done nicely, Equipment used for manicure and pedicure should be mostly disposable not reusable. Had some health and safety concerns because of it. Luckily nothing happen in the end.

It's a good wax but I am not sure how natural the wax itself is. Beautician was nice and efficient. Not the most pain-free I've ever had but it was over quickly and very thorough.
