Absolutely appalling first visit to this salon. There was building work going on outside the treatment room which I wasn’t informed of when booking and the entire treatment I had drilling, buildings shouting and talking by the window and hammering. Not at all relaxing and when I politely mentioned at the end of the treatment to the manager she was very rude saying ‘you booked through Treatwell not my problem’ and refusing even a partial refund. Very stressful and poor experience.

Lovely haircut. The hair dresser was brilliant and the results were fantastic. The location is very good as it's easy to get to but the interior needs some tlc and I would expect a more luxourious environment for a £55 hair cut. Like being offered tea or coffee on arrival, more soothing music and a tidier and more professional space. That said the hair cut was great and it felt as if I was having it cut in my living room. Homely and efficient but would suggest a more appropriate price point of £45.
