The stylist was super nice and attentive, she took her time and saw me right away. But, I wasn't thrilled with the actual haircut - it was too short. But I may try again and be more specific in what I want, as I think the stylist's technique was good enough and there may have just been a mixed communication. And the hair wash was great!
