Friendly and welcoming staff, great value and a top quality cut

The actual venues appearance was lovely however the girl at reception was extremely unwelcoming to the point where I thought I had walked into the wrong place and then after checking my name she told me to take a seat and resumed looking at her phone the entire time she was at reception.
The toilets were disgusting, there was a sanitary pad in the hand towel dispenser (I think a member of staff assumed noone would see it there but it’s the first thing you see when you sit on the loo!) and the toilet stank and had excrement marks down the back of the pan.
The massage therapist wasn’t much more welcoming. No smile and no friendly hello. The bed was very high and difficult to climb onto, I wasn’t given a towel to cover myself with until she came back in the room (so a tad cold until then) the lotion used was cold which wasn’t the most pleasent introduction to the massage and then the massage itself was very firm. I wasn’t asked if I liked the pressure but I assumed that a firm massage was given because I advised her that my shoulders had been playing up. My god was I in pain when I left, I arrived with shoulder discomfort and left with back pain which hasn’t disappeared for 3 days. And yes, the shoulder discomfort is still there. Worst place I’ve ever been to and it cost me £40. Most unrelaxing massage of my life. I actually felt bad for the owner of the salon as you can tell that a lot of thought and care went into its presentation but the staff completely let it down. Sorry but I really would advise against visiting here
